YOUR ROLE
In the role of Beauty Advisor you are representing Dufry in the area of perfume & cosmetics. You are service-orientated and friendly with a fresh and welcoming approach to assist our international customers during their shopping experience. Your strong communication skills allow you to engage in a confident, professional and competent manner. In addition to advising customers, you are also responsible for achieving sales targets and actively contributing to the store’s commercial success.
Please note that we can only consider applicants who are either eligible to work in Switzerland or hold the relevant work permit.
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES:
• Speak fluent English and German
• Have at least 2 year work experience perfume & cosmetics retail or have worked in cosmetic industry as beauty expert/ advisor before
• Ideally have a completed apprenticeship in the field of cosmetics and/or a completed apprenticeship in the cosmetics & perfume retail sector
• Have previous experience with cash registers
• Are open to flexible working hours (irregular between 5:00 – 23:00) including weekend and public holidays
• Are reliable, positive team players in a fast-paced and multi-national environment
• Always ensure a clean and well-maintained appearance
