RESPONSIBILITIES

Assortment

  • Support listing process
  • Ensure up to date active assortment per country and logistic platform
  • Support range review process

Promotion and advertising fees invoicing process

  • Set-up promotion activities in relevant tools as per agreed plan
  • Set-up advertising fees as per agreement negotiated by global category manager with global brands
  • Support A&P team in invoicing process by validating calculation and analyze/clarify any discrepancy
  • Coordinate with marketing team and local team on POS communication and changes

Promotion and digital strategy

  • Coordinate with supply chain team and global brands demand planning for upcoming promotional activities
  • Ensure good level of stock availability during promotion activities
  • Coordinate with global brands and local team for on-site retail execution of activations (stock, FOC goods, POS communication, fixtures, etc.)

Data maintenance

  • Ensure product data accuracy and update the database when needed

Reporting

  • Support reporting process

Retail execution

  • Support definition, creation and maintenance of up-to-date planograms for main stores

Commercial Plan

  • Assist preparation of CP for each country
  • Assist implementation of CP

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree, entry level position
  • Desirable with Travel Retail experience
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
  • Good communication skills, fluent in English and Cantonese
  • Able to work and interact with multicultural teams located in different
  • Able to adapt quickly according to business priorities
  • Develops hypotheses, diagnostics and derives findings
  • Expert on data extractions and interpretation across systems and regions
  • Team player
  • Self-driven and reliable, works independently
