About the role

  • Provide daily support to the HR department in managing core HR functions and duties
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both in digital (HRMS, SAP SuccessFactors) and physical formats
  • Handle the full lifecycle of employment processes including onboarding, contract modifications, and offboarding
  • Manage and process employee shift schedule updates, new hires, terminations, leave requests, employment contracts, digital ID cards time-keeping, and staff listings in the Ergani system Process daily the employees’ injuries in Hellenic Labour Inspectorate. Also, process the data for the occupational doctor technical safety advisor
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations by maintaining proper documentation for any audits or inquiries initiated by the Hellenic Labour Inspectorate
  • Monitor and support the management of employee leaves and absences; liaised with EFKA for relevant procedures or clarifications Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
  • Collaborate closely with Store and Department Managers to support staffing and personnel matters
  • Address employee inquiries, processed HR-related requests, and provide accurate information in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with payroll processing, offering support to the payroll department in handling discrepancies or special cases
  • Communicate with public services when necessary
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and secure handling of all personal and sensitive employee data in accordance with GDPR and internal policies

 

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field]\\
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR-related role - you're confident in the essentials and looking to expand your impact.
  • Familiarity with Scan-HRMS? That’s a strong plus – if you’ve got it, we want to hear about it!
  • Excellent command of Greek & English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Word, Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you know how to listen, support, and connect with people
  • Organizational and multi-tasking skill - you can keep multiple plates spinning without breaking a sweat
  • Customer service mindset and empathy – you care about people and it shows
  • A positive, can-do attitude and team spirit – you're someone people want to work with
