Key Responsibilities Include

  • Support key HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and employment contracts, in compliance with ERGANI requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HRIS and other relevant systems.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, employee queries, and coordination with external benefit providers.
  • Support the preparation and administration of HR documentation, including contracts, amendments, and other employment-related documents.
  • Support timekeeping processes, including attendance tracking, leave management, overtime, and shift schedules.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team and assist with day-to-day HR activities and employee requests.
  • Support Learning & Development activities, including training coordination, employee participation tracking, and related HR administration.

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-2 years of previous experience in HR / Benefits administration, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or Economics.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle activities, and employee benefits.
  • Interest in gaining knowledge in HR practice.
  • Basic understanding of the local labor context; knowledge of ERGANI would be considered an extra asset.
  • Good computer literacy and willingness to learn HR/People systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good time management skills and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Greek.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
