PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Provide support in the management of insurance, risk, internal audit, PCAOB compliance at country level, and loss prevention, ensuring effective internal controls, proper execution of audit requirements, and the mitigation of financial and operational risks, in close coordination with Finance and corporate teams.


RESPONSIBILITIES


Insurance
• Support in insurance management at country level: collection of information for renewals, updating insured values, and onboarding of new locations, in coordination with Corporate Insurance and brokers.
• Operational claims management: collection of documentation, follow-up of claims files, and monitoring of recoveries.
• Premium control and support in related financial reconciliations.


Risk Management
• Preparation and update of operational and financial risk matrices in compliance with corporate guidelines.
• Monitoring of risk mitigation plans and support to business areas in their implementation.
• Support in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) exercises and related reporting.


Internal Audit & PCAOB
• Country-level PCAOB focal point and coordinator, ensuring proper execution of requirements arising from audits conducted under PCAOB standards.
• Operational coordination with external and internal auditors, ensuring availability of required documentation, evidence, and explanations, in line with Group closing and audit instructions.
• Follow-up of audit findings (SADs), support in the preparation of responses, and coordination with Finance and Corporate teams as required.
• Operational coordination of internal audits: logistical planning and follow-up of action plans.
Internal Control and Loss Prevention
• Support in the implementation and monitoring of loss prevention, fraud, and theft prevention controls.
• Analysis of significant incidents and losses, with periodic reporting to Finance.
• Support in the continuous improvement of procedures and internal controls.


Reporting
• Preparation of reports on risks, insurance, audits, and PCAOB for the Finance Management team.
• Support to corporate reporting (including Non-Financial Information Statements – EINF) related to risk management, internal control, and audit matters.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• 4–7 years of experience in risk management, insurance, internal audit, internal
control, or finance, with a strong focus on control and audit.
• Hands-on experience coordinating external audits and interacting with
auditors under demanding standards (ISA / PCAOB) is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law, or a
related field.
• Additional training in audit, risk management, or internal control is a plus.
• Internal control and audit processes.
