Role Profile

Key Accountabilities

Responsible for ordering local goods and monitor the replenishment with the objective of having goods ready to fulfil needs coming from the operations in the assigned country. Support the Country Supply Chain processes and key projects within an allocated country in the framework of the Global Supply Chain Strategy.

Strategy

  • Execute the Country Supply Chain Strategy within the framework of the Global Supply Chain Strategy.

  • Support global improvement projects in Logistics (Supplier relationship and Logistics network).

  • Ensure Country-wide communication and adherence to defined Supply Chain strategy.

  • Ensure the understanding and adherence to standard policies and procedures of the Country Supply Chain Community.

Warehouse

  • Proceed the replenishment process.

  • Support and follow-up the renewal of importation, bonded warehouse licenses, etc. Monitor and control warehouse activities in the Country Distribution Centre and warehouse. Inbound transportation. Outbound transportation. Goods importation process.

Logistics

  • Manage the relationship and control the performance of local logistics players. Custom brokers, Forwarders. 3PLs

General

  • Accountable for reporting - Logistics execution, KPIs and operational progress - to Supply Chain & Logistics Manager.

  • Specific responsibilities as required by direct manager.

  • Manage the relationship with the global logistics platform and division.

 

Personal Profile

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business or similar field.

  • Experienced in Global Supply Chain, international Management and familiar in ERP and replenishment systems.

  • Desirable: Experience with Navision, SAP, Planning Tools and Warehouse Management Systems.

Specific Requirements

  • Analytical, organizational and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent communicator with exceptional social skills, experienced in interacting with people from different cultural backgrounds.
