Role Profile
Key Accountabilities
Responsible for providing administrative support and coordination within the supply chain warehouse operations. This role involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating communication, and assisting in various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the supply chain activities.


Administrative Support:
Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks within the supply chain warehouse.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.
Communication Coordination:
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient communication related to warehouse operations.
Respond to inquiries and provide information regarding warehouse processes and procedures.
Data Entry and Reporting:
Enter data into relevant systems and databases accurately.
Generate reports on warehouse activities and performance as required.
Documentation Management:
Manage and organize various documents, including shipping invoices, packing lists, and customs documentation.
Ensure compliance with relevant documentation standards and regulations.
Inventory Control:
Collaborate with the warehouse team to monitor and track inventory levels.
Assist in conducting periodic inventory counts and reconciliations.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement within warehouse administrative functions.
Collaborate with the team to implement efficient and effective administrative procedures.

Person Profile
Experience and Specific Requirements
A high school diploma is required, and additional education or certification in business administration or logistics is a plus. Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably within supply chain or warehouse operations. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in using MS Office applications and relevant software for data entry and reporting.
