Key Accountabilities; Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring process compliance at all times. Report deviations to Accounts Receivable management team
- Daily review and approval of all manual journal entries requested through Blackline as per standard
- Monthly review and approval of balances sheet reconciliations submitted to Blackline
- Ensure that PCAOB controls are adhered to at all times.
- Support the Process Control team with regular compliance reviews
- Interact with Operational Teams and Team Leads where necessary to ensure process compliance
- Supporting all internal/external audit requests by preparing sample requests and supporting documentation
- Compiling weekly/monthly reports as per requirement
- Provide daily operational support for colleagues
- Prepare reconciliation files as required
Experience & Specific Requirements:
- Education on HBO level (Bachelor degree) in Accounting or Finance.
- Min 3-5 years experience in Accounts Receivable department in Financial Shared Service Centre
- Min 2 years experience in preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations
- Experience with PCAOB internal controls framework or similar
- Experience with SAP and other major ERP systems (Oracle, Navision) is a plus
- Experience with Blackline or other reconciliation tools is an advantage
