Job Description of Process Lead – Accounts Receivables

Set objectives for the accounts receivable team that align with the accounting department’s goals

Responsible for performance management of team members
-
Ensure seamless delivery of Cash & Credit Card reconciliation
-
Monitor processing of Accounts Receivable invoices
-
Ensure timely collection of payments
-
Handling Complex Accounting issues within the Accounts Receivable process
-
Projects & transitions management
-
Handling internal audit, statutory audit, SOX audit
-
Accounting revenue accruals
-
Support Accounts Receivable Clerks on a daily basis and train new team members
-
Ensure all team members follow the accounting principles
-
Balance Sheet reconciliations
-
KPI/SLA Management
-
DTP/SOP preparation and approval
-
Team and People management skills is crucial.
Skill Requirements

Proven work experience as an Accounts Receivable Manager or Supervisor

Hands-on experience with SAP
-
Team members Performance Review
-
Familiarity with advanced formulas in MS Excel

Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports

Ability to accurately process numerical data
