Role Profile
Key Accountabilities
•System admin for Global Financial Shared Services Tools, such as;
oBlackline
oBasware
oReady 4 Credit Management
oCelonis
oOther GFSS tools
•Master data setup & maintenance: Ensuring that all master data is correctly set up and maintained.
•User access management: Managing user access to various systems and tools.
•1st line of support for end users: Providing initial support to end users for any issues they encounter.
•Reporting / data extracts facilitating ITGC controls: Generating reports and data extracts to facilitate IT General Controls.
•Data migration: Managing the migration of data between systems.
•Clean up of master data: Ensuring that master data is kept clean and up-to-date.
•Support technical experts: Assisting technical experts with their tasks.
Experience and Specific Requirements
Education: A Bachelor's degree (HBO level) in Accounting or IT.
•Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in a similar role. Experience in a Financial Shared Service Center is a plus.
•Technical Skills: Affinity with tools for finance departments, such as: Blackline, Basware. Experience with an ERP and advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Tools is a plus.
•Soft Skills: Good communication skills, attention for detail, accurate and stakeholder management.
Language: Fluent in English.
•Work Environment: Willing to work in a challenging multicultural Evironment
