PROPÓSITO DEL ROL:

Apoyar al departamento internacional de F&B asegurando la correcta implementación y uso de datos en los sistemas y herramientas de control de costes. Proporcionar análisis de gasto y rendimiento, ofreciendo insights sobre tiendas, ubicaciones y categorías para mejorar el desempeño global de las operaciones F&B.

FUNCIONES:

Gestión de precios

• Mantener la estrategia de precios internacional
• Asegurar que los precios estén actualizados y alineados con las directrices
• Gestionar sistemas POS (Simphony, Micros)
• Proponer precios para nuevos productos
• Analizar promociones y benchmarking

Control de compras

• Mantener sistemas de compra (MyInventory / VIA)
• Asegurar alineación entre productos, proveedores y tiendas
• Actualizar precios y productos
• Reportes de proveedores
• Actualización de recetas y conexión con POS
• Procesos de cierre mensual
• Análisis de desviaciones de inventario
• Seguimiento y reducción de discrepancias
• Garantizar precisión de informes

 Soporte a operaciones F&B

• Apoyar a operaciones en temas de control de costes
• Asegurar correcto funcionamiento del POS
• Optimización del sistema
• Control de inventario y stock
• Supervisión de recetas
• Optimización del coste de mercancía (COGS)
• Formación a usuarios de sistemas
• Reporting mensual y ad-hoc

¿QUÉ ESTAMOS BUSCANDO?

• Educación mínima: Secundaria o equivalente
• Experiencia en hostelería
• Alta capacidad analítica
• Excel avanzado 
• Valorable Conocimiento de sistemas POS 
• INivel de inglés conversacional.
