PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The purpose of this role is to support Regional and Global stakeholders by analyzing sales performance and product novelties, managing assortment and vendor data, and ensuring accurate execution of delisting and assortment revision processes. The role acts as a key link between Commercial, Supply Chain, and Merchandising teams, ensuring data accuracy, timely reporting, and smooth implementation of global assortment decisions across regions and distribution centers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze sales performance and novelties, and provide recommendations to the Regional Manager.
- Manage Intra-DC processes by uploading files into the BEC tool, and handle Extra-DC processes by completing the DCS form and supporting the Regional Manager with reports.
- Draft delisting proposals and present them to the Regional Manager. After approval, complete and submit the delisting form.
- Review country and brand performance by analyzing daily dashboards and updating the tracking file accordingly.
- Manage Distribution Center (UK, BCN, HK, MIA) and assortment incidents, and request adjustments from MD when needed.
- Maintain and adjust the Global Vendor Mapping by updating current information, adding new vendors, brands, countries, and price lists.
- Complete all templates required for the Global Assortment Revision implementation (one week per subgroup, 12 subgroups).
- Prepare and participate in top supplier meetings, including BEC novelties presentations and business reviews.
- Keep the Global Vendor Mapping updated, ensuring accuracy across price lists, vendors, purchasing organizations, brands, countries, and shipping channels.
- Manage vendor portal access, resolve issues, and request necessary adjustments on the vendor side.
- Follow up on price approvals for novelties.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure orders for novelties are placed on time and escalate identified issues to MD.
- Complete delisting forms based on the Global Assortment Review and submit them to each Regional MD via SNOW tickets.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree required; entry-level position.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
- Previous experience in Travel Retail is desirable.
- Strong analytical profile with solid financial and problem-solving skills.
- High expertise in data extraction, analysis, and interpretation across multiple systems and regions.
- Self-driven, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
