Job Title: Global Consolidation Specialist

Position Summary:
The Global Consolidation Specialist is involved in the monthly consolidation process of all Avolta entities and preparation of consolidated reports used for internal and external reporting. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders across the Group and functions to generate high-quality financial reports that support decision-making processes within Avolta and address information needs to external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong analytical skills, and is experienced in international accounting and consolidation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end close processes across global subsidiaries
- Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS for internal and external use
- Collaborate with local finance teams and external auditors in different regions
- Maintain compliance with internal controls
- Monitor and implement changes in international accounting standards
- Participate in system implementations and process improvements related to global accounting and reporting
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred)
- 3–5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably with international exposure and multiple currencies
- Solid knowledge of IFRS and international accounting practices
- Experience with ERP / consolidation systems (preferably SAP Group Reporting / Central Finance)
- Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a multinational corporation
- Exposure to SOX compliance or similar internal control frameworks
