Purpose of the Role
The Customer Insights Analys plays a key role in transforming customer and market data into actionable strategies that enhance customer experience and drive business growth. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to generate insights, support decision-making, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic support for market research projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and goals.
  • Collaborate with analytics and data teams across the organization to improve KPI measurement, interpretation, and business understanding.
  • Integrate and synthesize insights from multiple data sources (e.g., transactional data, loyalty programs, camera analytics, market research) to deliver holistic and actionable recommendations.
  • Support the development of a hypothesis-driven annual Customer Insights agenda by identifying stakeholder needs in collaboration with Managers.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of key projects (Customer Perception Tracking and ECHO), including supplier management and robustness of design and analysis methodologies.
  • Maintain and continuously update the Supplier Directory and Insights Platform, incorporating relevant industry trends and developments.
  • Develop and present high-quality, visually compelling PowerPoint presentations tailored for executive audiences (CEO, CCO, Marketing and Commercial Directors).

What We Are Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in business consulting, market research, strategic planning, customer insights, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), with the ability to create high-impact executive presentations.
  • Experience with analytical/statistical tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., SPSS, Tableau), with solid capabilities in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into clear business strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, with strong prioritization and synthesis skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and a collaborative team player with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Experience in global or multi-regional environments is a plus.
  • Exposure to Retail, Food & Beverage, or Travel industries is desirable.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) to operate effectively in a global environment.
