PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Global Manager of Regional Advertising Acceleration plays a key role in enabling operational excellence within the Advertising team by driving the effective coordination and delivery of cross‑functional initiatives. Reporting to the Global Head of Business Operations and based in Madrid, the role ensures that new frameworks, capabilities, tools, and processes are implemented efficiently, consistently, and on time, while fostering strong alignment and collaboration across stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports the development of strategic projects across Advertising, including their go-to-market planning and coordination to guarantee timely delivery of business initiatives and new capabilities rollout
- Ensures rigorous follow-up on key actions, tracking progress and driving accountability across teams
- Fosters alignment and collaboration among diverse stakeholders, acting as a connector between functions
- Identifies and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Prepares and delivers clear project documentation, status updates, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders
- Uses travel retail and F&B industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and drive transformation and efficiency
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in PMO, project management, or business operations roles, ideally within complex or matrixed organizations
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes without formal authority
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across functions, manage multiple priorities, and navigate competing deadlines
- A structured, detail‑oriented, and proactive approach to problem‑solving, with a continuous improvement mindset
- Experience using project management tools and methodologies to track progress and ensure delivery
- Exposure to consulting environments, large organizations, or fast‑paced settings is considered a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in English
