PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Global Pricing Manager will support the development and implementation of pricing strategies across our global operations, working with data models and contributing to repricing initiatives. This role combines analytical execution with commercial insight and requires strong problem-solving skills and cross-functional collaboration. They will be responsible for maintaining and improving pricing tools and models, ensuring they are accurate, efficient, and aligned with business objectives. Success in this position depends on proactive analysis, coordination across teams, and the ability to deliver actionable insights that drive measurable results. This role will be based in Bangalore, India.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute to the design and enhancement of pricing models and tools that support global pricing decisions and repricing strategies
  • Perform detailed data analysis using Excel and SQL to generate insights that inform pricing decisions
  • Support repricing initiatives based on market trends, competitive intelligence, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, finance, marketing, and technology to ensure pricing strategies align with business goals
  • Assist in competitive benchmarking and market analysis to help maintain a strong competitive position
  • Help implement pricing automation and governance processes to improve efficiency and agility
  • Prepare clear, data-driven recommendations for management, supported by analysis and scenario modeling

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 4–7 years of experience in pricing, product management, or analytics roles within commercial environments
  • Hands-on experience working with pricing models and processes
  • Must have strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup functions, formulas; VBA a plus) and basic SQL knowledge
  • Having solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail is a must
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ideally  having experience with enterprise data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Having familiarity with pricing and revenue management platforms is preferred
  • Python proficiency a plus
  • Having a background in travel retail, e-commerce, or management consulting would be preferred
