PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Global Functions Recruitment Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the global organization. The role ensures and controls the consistency of the entire recruitment pipeline—from delivering a positive candidate experience and managing Applicant Tracking System (ATS) administration to overseeing recruitment reporting and analytics. The Recruitment Specialist maintains a clear and comprehensive overview of open positions across our global office locations.
This position reports to the Global Functions Talent Acquisitions Manager and is based in Bangalore, India.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Independently manages the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, active sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, conducting interviews, and offer negotiations
- Sources candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals
- Controls the ATS recruitment pipeline across all global functions, ensuring compliance throughout the entire process
- Ensures all recruitment reporting requirements are met (incl. ATS and SharePoint) and provides reporting insights to leadership
- Ensures a consistent global recruitment process aligned with employer branding guidelines to deliver a unified and compelling candidate experience
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with external recruitment partners and university networks
- Develops strong relationships with candidates to guarantee a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborates with hiring managers to build and promote diverse and inclusive talent pools
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on international roles across diverse functions; prior exposure to IT and Finance departments is preferred
- Fluent in English (verbal and written); proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset
- Solid understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment module; experience with Onboarding and/or Reporting modules is a plus
- Proven ability to manage the full recruitment life cycle, including onboarding activities
- Highly adaptable and flexible in dynamic environments
- Extensive expertise in global recruitment best practices, international sourcing strategies, and digital hiring platforms—including job boards and career sites
- Strong understanding of evolving industry trends and global labor market dynamics
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Awareness of regional and cultural nuances, market dynamics, and talent demands
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
