Position Summary:

The Global Reporting team is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across the Avolta Group. The Global Reporting Specialist is involved in the preparation of external financial reports in accordance with global accounting standards (like IFRS) and supports the analysis of accounting / reporting topics, including assessment of new standards, in collaboration with finance colleagues around the world. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong analytical skills, and is experienced in international accounting and consolidation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely month-end and year-end close processes across global subsidiaries
• Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS for internal and external use
• Collaborate with local finance teams and external auditors in different regions
• Maintain compliance with internal controls
• Monitor and implement changes in international accounting standards and support preparation of position papers unusual accounting topics
• Participate in system implementations and process improvements related to global accounting and reporting
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred)
• 3–5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably with international exposure and multiple currencies
• Solid knowledge of IFRS and international accounting practices
• Experience with ERP / consolidation systems (preferably SAP Group Reporting / Central Finance)
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a multinational corporation
• Exposure to SOX compliance or similar internal control frameworks
