PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The role will be a part of our  Global Pricing team, and will bring their experience in pricing, product management, or strategic analytics—ideally in complex, global, data-driven environments—you’ll lead enterprise-wide pricing strategies, manage advanced data models, and drive large-scale repricing initiatives.

This strategic, hands-on role demands strong analytical expertise, commercial insight, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. You’ll own pricing tools and models end-to-end, ensuring they’re scalable, aligned with business goals, and deliver measurable impact through cross-functional leadership and independent decision-making. The role will report to the Global Pricing Head and will be based in India.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Designs, leads, and continuously enhances complex, enterprise-grade pricing models and tools that inform global pricing decisions and repricing strategies
  • Owns and leads in-depth data analysis using Excel, SQL, and other advanced tools to generate insights that drive strategic decisions
  • Directs repricing strategies based on market dynamics, competitive intelligence, and performance metrics -with measurable financial outcomes
  • Influences and partner with senior stakeholders across sales, finance, marketing, and technology to align pricing strategies with business goals and customer value
  • Leads competitive benchmarking and global market analysis to maintain a sustainable competitive advantage
  • Architects and implements scalable pricing automation and governance frameworks to increase agility and operational efficiency
  • Presents high-level strategic recommendations to executive leadership, backed by rigorous data analysis and scenario modelling

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 7–10 years’ proven experience in senior pricing, product management, or strategic analytics roles within global, complex commercial environments.
  • Demonstrated success in owning and optimizing large-scale pricing models and processes in a business-critical context.
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, complex formulas; VBA a plus) and strong SQL proficiency.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to drive decisions at the leadership level.
  • Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with C-level and senior executives.
  • Track record of independent leadership in a high-pressure, fast-paced, global environment.
  • Experience with enterprise data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with pricing and revenue management platforms.
  • Python proficiency a plus.
  • Background in travel retail, e-commerce, or management consulting
