PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Global Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator is a key contributor within the global TA team, enabling global recruiters through high‑quality administrative support while also delivering dual‑purpose support to the Global Functions HR team. This hybrid role brings together two teams by driving administrative excellence, leveraging strong digital fluency, and supporting process harmonization, helping to create a smooth, engaging candidate journey and an effective onboarding experience across the Global Functions community. The role reports to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures process consistency and alignment across all Global Functions TA activities
- Manages and coordinates the reference check processes
- Manages and coordinates personality assessment processes
- Actively supports screening activities, including screening calls
- Maintains candidate data within the ATS and other relevant platforms
- Supports the maintenance of recruitment data and analytics to contribute to TA reports and dashboards
- Supports onboarding activities and delivers Global Functions onboarding presentations
- Coordinates interview schedules between candidates and interview partners
- Provides administrative support to the Global Functions HR and TA teams
- Supports the creation and preparation of meaningful presentations for department updates and leadership communication
- Participates in system testing, updates, and new tool rollouts
YOUR PROFILE
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, HR coordination, or administrative support, preferably in an international, matrix, or global environment
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately in a dynamic setting
- High level of digital fluency, including hands‑on experience with ATS platforms (preferably SuccessFactors) and confidence using Microsoft 365 tools (Copilot, Office, Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate)
- Experience supporting end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, screening coordination, assessments, and reference checks
- Solid understanding of the employee lifecycle and common HR processes (e.g. administration, payroll interfaces, onboarding)
- Strong attention to detail with a consistent focus on data accuracy, process alignment, and compliance
- Comfortable working with recruitment data, basic analytics, and dashboards to support reporting and insights
- Confident and professional communicator, able to liaise effectively with candidates and high‑profile internal stakeholders
- Proactive, service‑oriented team player who collaborates effectively within geographically distributed and cross‑functional teams
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
