People, Culture and Organisation Manager, Turkiye
Role and Responsibilities
This role involves overseeing the entire Human Resources strategy for our operations in Turkiye, covering both Food & Beverage and Retail sectors. Responsibilities include, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee experience, HR Systems, compensation and benefits, learning and development, health and safety, succession planning, employee relations, compliance, employment law reviews, labor market analysis, and communications. This position serves as a key advisor to the General Manager on people-related matters.
Key Accountabilities:
- Implement the strategy at HR level (Define and share the vision, define action plans, ensure monitoring and continuous improvement).
- Compensation Management, benefits, payroll coordination, and annual salary reviews
- Talent management (Organize annual people reviews, monitor detected talents).
- Legal and social monitoring (Keep informed of legal and jurisprudential developments).
- Simplification of processes and procedures (Identify existing processes, map, define areas for improvement, break down these areas into projects, manage projects).
- Social risk management (Supervise the management of crisis situations, Ensure the management of sensitive situations).
- Monitoring HR indicators (Analyze reports to determine priority actions).
- Relations with external partners (Represent the company with external partners/suppliers.
- Manage training planning, orientation programs, and HR reporting
- Support organizational development and change management activities
We are looking for a candidate with this profile:
- Minimum of 7 years progressive human generalist resources.
- Experience with more than five years at senior management level in a high-volume environment.
- Fluent in both Turkish and English.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Experience in Payroll Management
- Stakeholder management skills
- People management / development skills. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
