Purpose of the Role

Support category managers on key regional initiatives within Supply Chain Customer Service, gaining hands-on experience in projects that drive business efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role offers exposure to supply chain processes and cross-functional collaboration in an international environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor sales trends and learn how to adjust forecasts to prevent out-of-stock situations.
  • Ensure SAP parameters are accurate and understand their impact on operations.
  • Assist in preparing purchase orders using SAP and operational insights.
  • Follow up on deliveries with the Central Warehouse and Global Transport Team.
  • Analyze order performance and propose improvement actions.
  • Support the management of novelties and promotional activities.
  • Participate in centralization processes for Non-Core Categories.
  • Contribute to analysis and reporting using standard KPIs in Insights.

  • Highly organized and eager to learn.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Curious, adaptable, and quick to learn new systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive attitude.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
