RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the monitoring of sales trends and assist in updating forecasts to help mitigate stock availability risks.
- Assist in maintaining accurate SAP parameters under supervision.
- Support the preparation of Operations purchase orders based on SAP calculations and operational inputs.
- Follow up on delivery status with the Central Warehouse and Global Transportation teams.
- Assist in analyzing order fill rates and identifying potential improvement areas.
- Provide support in the management of product novelties and promotional activities.
- Support the centralization and follow-up of Non-Core Categories processes.
- Contribute to KPI analysis and reporting using standard tools (e.g., Insights).
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with interest in data and problem-solving.
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems (e.g., SAP).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
