In Türkiye, Avolta operates Duty Free and F&B stores at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport, along with Duty Free stores at Kayseri and Çukurova Airports.
For the role we are recruiting for, the position will provide corporate-level support across all these operations.
We are looking for an experienced candidate to join our team as a Marketing & Digital Unit Manager, based at İstanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport. This position will support both in‑store/core marketing and digital operations (E‑commerce & Loyalty) within our business.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To lead the execution of core/trade marketing, visual merchandising, in‑store communication, digital marketing, e‑commerce, and loyalty (Club Avolta) initiatives; to localize global strategies, enhance customer experience, and support commercial growth in our stores.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Execute marketing promotions, in‑store communication, and digital screen content guidelines in stores.
• Manage merchandising standards and ensure correct brand execution.
• Implement the annual promotion calendar and coordinate store communication.
• Prepare digital & core marketing reports and present performance insights.
• Support e‑commerce growth and loyalty program (Club Avolta) activities.
• Use CRM & data analysis to drive customer engagement and communication.
• Coordinate SEO/SEM, email, push, social media and digital campaigns.
• Work closely with global teams to adapt and execute digital & core marketing strategies.
• Lead local digital initiatives and manage agencies when required.
• Support implementation of new digital tools and technologies.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
• University degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent command of English (spoken & written)
• Minimum 5 years marketing and digital marketing/e‑commerce experience.
• Experience in visual merchandising, in‑store communication & campaign execution.
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, MS‑PowerPoint and MS‑Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with CRM, SEO/SEM, email/push, social and digital advertising.
• Ability to work with strict deadlines and fast-paced environments.
