OVERVIEW:
Permanent Full-Time | Perth International Airport
We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team in Perth. In this role, you will support the Country Marketing Manager and Commercial Team in executing marketing strategies that drive engagement, sales, and brand visibility. This is an exciting opportunity to be hands-on across digital platforms, e-commerce, social media, and in-store activations within a fast-paced commercial environment
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Support the development and execution of the country marketing plan
- Manage day-to-day operational marketing, from design through to delivery of marketing and commercial campaigns
- Oversee the creation and delivery of artwork in collaboration with graphic designers
- Ensure timely rollout of campaigns across all channels and touchpoints
- Work closely with the Entertainment Manager to deliver engaging in-store activations and experiences
- Manage the in-store implementation of HPP initiatives in collaboration with Category Managers
Digital & E-commerce
- Manage and maintain the e-commerce catalogue, including content updates and asset coordination
- Support rollout and optimisation of local e-commerce solutions
- Coordinate digital content scheduling to ensure effective campaign execution
- Manage marketplace platforms and support optimisation initiatives
Digital Performance & Systems
- Track and report on social media, website, and app performance, including Google Analytics insights
- Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with global teams for resolution
- Manage digital assets and support maintenance of in-store digital equipment
- Collaborate with IT on installation and upkeep of in-store technology
Partnerships & Brand Growth
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and local partners
- Promote key brand initiatives and loyalty programs across digital channels
EXPERIENCE & SPECIFCIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in marketing, ideally within retail, travel retail, or fast-paced commercial environments
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and campaign execution
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Open to travel and conduct store visits across Australia
