YOUR ROLE
As an Assistant Unit Manager, you play a key role in the operational management of multiple
points of sale.
You support the Unit Manager in implementing directives, coordinating teams, and
overseeing day-to-day operations.
Your mission: ensure a smooth, high-quality customer experience, drive the commercial
performance of the outlets, and lead your team with strong leadership and care while
upholding Autogrill’s quality standards.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
 Monitor and improve economic performance: sales, cost control of goods and labor
 Continuously optimize sales and visual merchandising, respecting brand concepts
 Enforce HACCP, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
 Manage inventory, place orders, and analyze results
 Ensure profitability and smooth operation of assigned points of sale
 Lead teams: supervise, train, support, and motivate staff daily
 Identify talents and promote their professional development
 Organize staff planning and maintain effective internal communication
 Foster a positive work atmosphere based on listening and collaboration

YOUR PROFILE
✔️ Proven experience managing teams in the restaurant or retail sectors
✔️ Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

✔️ Autonomous, responsible, and a true team player
✔️ Comfortable with digital tools and KPI tracking
✔️ Available to work weekends and public holidays
✔️ Fluent in French, professional level in English required; German is a plus
