Ta mission

• Proposition et création de menus du jour de saison
• Management d'une équipe de 3 à 6 collaborateurs
• Gestion des commandes, stocks et inventaires
• Gestion des coûts de marchandises et de personnel
• Formation et intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs 
• Mise en place et application des normes et standards HACCP
• Mise en place et application des recettes 
• Participation au service et à l’envoi 
• Optimisation de la satisfaction des clients 

Ton profil

• Expérience en management d'équipe confirmée
• Expérience en restauration semi gastronomique confirmée
• Expérience en cuisine banquet souhaitée
• Dynamique, ponctuel(le) et positif(ve)
• Excellente présentation, souriant(e) et avenant(e)
• Capacité à travailler les week-ends/jours fériés
