In Türkiye, Avolta operates Duty Free and F&B stores at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport, along with Duty Free stores at Kayseri and Çukurova Airports.
For the role we are recruiting for, the position will provide corporate-level support across all these operations.
We are looking for an experienced candidate to join our team as a Recruitment and Training Specialist, based at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To manage end-to-end recruitment processes by ensuring the placement of the right talent in the right roles, while driving internal and external training initiatives to support continuous employee development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the right candidates are placed in the
- most suitable positions.
- Administers Avolta Global HR Digital Systems, ensuring process accuracy, timely updates, and alignment with global standards.
- Deliver all internal training programs that support employees’ personal and professional development, and organise mandatory trainings—including Civil Aviation, OHS, Fire Safety, and First Aid—ensuring full compliance and complete documentation.
- Demonstrates an HR Analytics mindset by analyzing data from existing HR systems and generating actionable insights for key HR KPIs.
- Actively contribute to the establishment, implementation, and continuous improvement of Human Resources systems.
- Monitor the performance management system, ensuring employees complete their performance steps on time, providing follow-up and support throughout the process.
- Prepare internal communication materials such as announcements, engagement updates, and training notices.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree from relevant university programs.
- Excellent command of English (spoken & written)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, training, or general HR roles
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, performance management, and recruitment processes
- Experience in training delivery and content development is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven
