REGIONAL REPORTING MANAGER

Purpose

Responsible for Management Reporting of APAC Region and to administrate the reporting process across the region and the analysis of the financial performance of the operations

Key Accountabilities

• Help to develop finance strategy and provide analytical support to enable fact-base decision making.  Data analytics/ Accounting Skill
• Present financial analysis of the results generated by the operations across the region  in order to monitor the achievement of the budgeted goals and provide comments to regional and group management.
• Provide high-quality, focused financial information to support the profitable development of the operations aiming to allow a proactive / reliable business decision –making.
• Orient country Finance Manager in accounting matters.(Clnt magt, Stakeholder mgt)
• Manage an effective budgeting, business plan and forecasting process according to corporate procedures.
• Support budget holders to understand operational issues and support their use of systems.
• Monitor tax and treasury management.
• Lead and coach country controllers and the accounting / administrative managers.
• Manage ongoing developments of financial systems, including implementation (SAP, CFIN…). (Group reporting
• Control periodically the security of financial systems and ensure data integrity.
• Develop and implement controlling tools, in coordination with group controlling.
• Undertakes ad-hoc projects and support Business Development.
• Assist the Regional Finance in the administration and valuation of business development (tenders, start ups,purchase and disposal of companies).
• Other Regional adhoc reports.
• Ensure the understanding and adherence to standard policies and procedures of the Business Controlling Community.
