YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Consulting & Sales

  • You provide professional and personalized advice to our international customers.
  • You present and sell premium sunglasses and accessories from leading international brands.
  • You actively approach customers and identify their individual needs and preferences.

Creating an Outstanding Customer Experience

  • You build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service.
  • You ensure that every customer receives a premium shopping experience.
  • You act as a brand ambassador for Sun'catcher and our premium eyewear portfolio.

Supporting Store Operations

  • You maintain and present the sales floor according to store standards.
  • You ensure an attractive presentation of our product assortment.
  • You support merchandise management, stock counts, replenishment, and inventory organization.

Kundenberatung & Verkauf

  • Du berätst unsere internationale Kundschaft kompetent und individuell.
  • Du präsentierst und verkaufst hochwertige Sonnenbrillen und Accessoires führender internationaler Marken.
  • Du gehst aktiv auf Kundinnen und Kunden zu und erkennst deren Bedürfnisse.

Einzigartige Einkaufserlebnisse schaffen

  • Du baust langfristige Kundenbeziehungen durch exzellenten Service auf.
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass jeder Besuch im Store zu einem besonderen Einkaufserlebnis wird.
  • Du repräsentierst Sun'catcher und unsere Premium-Marken mit Begeisterung und Professionalität.

Store-Management unterstützen

  • Du pflegst und präsentierst die Verkaufsfläche nach den Store-Standards.
  • Du sorgst für eine attraktive Warenpräsentation unserer Kollektionen.
  • Du unterstützt bei Warenmanagement, Inventur, Warenauffüllung und Lagerorganisation.

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Experience in fashion retail, premium retail, luxury retail, optics, or high-end hospitality is an advantage.
  • You are service-oriented and enjoy interacting with international customers.
  • You have an interest in fashion, lifestyle, and premium brands.
  • You have a polished appearance and communicate confidently.
  • You are a team player with motivation, flexibility, and a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent German and English language skills; additional languages are a plus.

 

DEIN PROFIL

  • Erfahrung im Fashion-, Premium-, Luxus- oder Optik-Einzelhandel sowie in der gehobenen Hotellerie/Gastronomie ist von Vorteil.
  • Du bist serviceorientiert und hast Freude am Umgang mit internationalen Kundinnen und Kunden.
  • Du interessierst dich für Fashion, Lifestyle und internationale Premium-Marken.
  • Du trittst stilsicher und gepflegt auf und kommunizierst souverän.
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer mit Eigenmotivation, Flexibilität und einer positiven Ausstrahlung.
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus.

 

WORKING HOURS

Our store is open daily. Therefore, flexibility and willingness to work shifts during the following operating hours are required:

06:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. [flughafen-zuerich.ch]

Availability for early shifts starting at 06:00 a.m. is essential. Weekend and public holiday shifts are part of the regular work schedule.

 

ARBEITSZEITEN

Unser Geschäft ist täglich geöffnet. Deshalb erwarten wir die Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit innerhalb der folgenden Einsatzzeiten:

06:00 Uhr – 22:00 Uhr [flughafen-zuerich.ch]

Die Flexibilität für Arbeitsstarts ab 06:00 Uhr ist ein Muss. Einsätze an Wochenenden und Feiertagen gehören zum regulären Arbeitsalltag.
