Sales Associate | Celebration Key, Grand Bahama

Provide an exceptional shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service, demonstrating product knowledge, and supporting the achievement of store sales objectives. The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers, maintaining merchandise displays, ensuring stock availability, processing transactions accurately, and supporting overall store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive shopping experience for all customers.
• Assist customers by identifying their needs and recommending appropriate products.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, promotions, and company policies.
• Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, attractively displayed, and organized according to company standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages when necessary.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash transactions accurately when required.
• Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
• Follow security and loss prevention procedures to safeguard company assets.
• Maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, managers, warehouse staff, and colleagues.
• Participate in training and development activities and support the achievement of store goals. 

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cash handling and POS experience preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset. 

Working Conditions

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules as required
