Senior Finance Manager / Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger activities and responsible for cash management

• Monitor cash position of different companies and prepare cash flow forecast for Corporate office

• Ensure compliance with all accounting standards, laws, and regulations, including statutory and tax filings

• Ensure timely and efficient processing of all payments, including vendor payments, payroll, and employee reimbursements

• Oversee the preparation of monthly financial reports and management accounts, ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial results

• Communicate closely with Finance Share Service Centre in India

• Perform variance analysis and support Financial Controller in continually enhancing financial forecast and budget model to provide insights for decision-making

• Review and ensure appropriate financial and processing controls.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. legal, HR, operation, IT, Supply Chain, etc)

• Ensure compliance with applicable Group’s policies, accounting standards, and regulations.

• Supervise and develop the finance and accounting team. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or related disciplines

• Qualified Accountant or equivalent

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in accounting, auditing or financial services industry

• Experience in leading a team and providing guidance to sub-ordinates

• Excellent analytical skills, acumen in Accounting, Finance and Control logic

• Experience in using SAP Accounting System and Anaplan will be an advantage

• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Advanced Excel. Experience with reporting systems

• Rigorous, organized, critical thinking

• Business oriented and open mindedness

• Ability to demonstrate initiative and proactively identify improvements in processes

• Capability to convince and justify decisions / opinions

• Ability to manage high volume of work and information in a fast-paced environment. Be able to prioritize tasks and make daily recommendations to the commercial and regional team on diverse financial topics

• Immediate availability is highly preferred

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Finance Manager
