PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

We are building Avolta’s next-generation advertising solutions.

As Senior Product Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in turning strategy into reality. You’ll combine commercial acumen, user empathy, and go-to-market expertise to ensure our products are technically strong, easy to use, and directly tied to revenue growth. This is a chance to shape the product vision of a global-scale platform from the ground up.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

User Market Focus

  • Define personas and write user stories for brands, agencies, and internal sales teams
  • Conduct interviews, gather insights, and ensure products solve real business problems
  • Benchmark competitors (Nielsen, Criteo, The Trade Desk, etc.) to bring in best practices

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Translate business goals (audience monetisation, retail media growth) into clear, actionable roadmaps
  • Define MVP scope and phased delivery: Now → Next → Later
  • Ensure every feature has a clear monetisation path

Commercialization

  • Partner with Advertising Sales, Campaign Management, and CatMan to make products sellable and scalable
  • Develop pricing & packaging strategies for insights, data products, and media solutions
  • Create go-to-market playbooks and sales enablement content

UX & Design

  • Champion intuitive interfaces that empower users without overwhelming them
  • Work with designers to create templates, recommendations, and smart defaults

Execution and Delivery

  • Collaborate with the Director of Product and engineering to deliver high-quality releases
  • Prioritise the backlog, run sprints, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
  • Own metrics dashboards for adoption, usage, and revenue contribution

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

  • 6+ years of product management experience in AdTech, MarTech, retail media, or SaaS
  • Track record of building commercially successful, user-friendly B2B platforms
  • Excellent storytelling skills with ability to simplify complexity
  • Experience defining pricing & packaging for SaaS or data products
  • Strong understanding of the advertising ecosystem (DMP/CDP/DSP, retail media, insights)
  • Proven cross-functional leadership, influencing Sales, Marketing, CatMan, and Tech teams
