PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The purpose of the role is to manage the end-to-end replenishment process between Global Supply Chain and Operations, ensuring alignment with inventory and service level strategies. This role acts as the key operational interface, overseeing forecast accuracy, stock quality, and order execution, while supporting data analysis and continuous process improvement. The role is based at our Madrid, Spain Headquarters and reports directly to the Supply Chain Operations Supply Management Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor stock and data quality: Supervise inventory levels and ensure data accuracy across operations.
- Support operational analysis: Maintain tracking tools (e.g., log sheets), follow up on actions, and assist with service performance reviews.
- Manage replenishment cycles: Oversee forecast accuracy, update GPO parameters monthly, and ensure timely and correct purchase order processing.
- Handle order execution: Enter and finalize purchase and sales orders (including novelties and promotions) in line with the agreed calendar.
- Track order fulfillment: Analyze fill rates, monitor sales order status, and ensure delivery to operations.
- Coordinate and resolve issues: Act as a help desk for claims/incidents and collaborate with Operations and Global Category Managers on lifecycle and promotional activities.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 1–2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Academic background in Engineering, Business Administration, or similar disciplines.
- High level of English (spoken and written) is required.
- Previous experience in international retail companies and knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics processes is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent customer service orientation and accustomed to working with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
