In Türkiye, Avolta operates Duty Free and F&B stores at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport, along with Duty Free stores at Kayseri and Çukurova Airports.

For the role we are recruiting for, the position will provide corporate-level support across all these operations.

We are looking for an experienced candidate to join our team as a Supply Chain Planning & Purchasing Specialist, based at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport.

 

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To execute the weekly ordering cycle, maintain accurate replenishment parameters, analyze inventory and forecast, and support key supply chain processes to ensure the Distribution Center is fully prepared to meet operational needs.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute the daily work to ensure the correct weekly ordering cycle,

Calculate replenishment based on the guidelines and logistics parameters,

Analyze in transit and on hand inventory levels,

Run proposals, review and implement corrections,

Manage the key replenishment parameters,

Analyze forecast,

Follow-up purchase orders,

Improve the existing tools used,

Specific responsibilities as required by direct manager      

 

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in a relevant field

• Excellent command of English (spoken & written)

• Minimum 3 years experience in supply planning, replenishment or purchasing (preferred)

• Strong SAP knowledge (essential)

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Good negotiation and communication skills

• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and work accurately

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)

• Team‑oriented, supportive and solution‑focused
