Teamlead Contracts & Lease Agreements

What you’ll be doing with us:

• End-to-end ownership of the contract portfolio (real estate leases, rental agreements, and soft/hard franchise contracts) with a focus on financial impact, transparency, and risk control
• Active management and continuous development of the contract management system (e.g., Agiloft), including deadline tracking, data quality and audit-proof documentation
• Translation of contractual terms into financial steering metrics, including cash flow, cost structures, and forecast impact, in close alignment with Finance
• Coordination of the full contract lifecycle, including amendments, renewals, terminations, and structured documentation of all changes
• Ownership of contract-related data and governance processes, ensuring transparency, consistency, and usability of data for Finance and management stakeholders
• Management of selected regulatory obligations linked to operational contracts
• Support of location-related administrative processes (e.g., business registrations/deregistrations, store closures) from a coordination and documentation perspective
• Key interface to Global Legal, external law firms, and internal stakeholders with a clear separation from legal advisory responsibilities
• Driver of standardisation, digitalisation and automation in contract management and related processes

What you bring to the table – how you’ll impress us:

• Experience with lease agreements and contract structures
• Ability to understand and assess contracts from a commercial perspective
• Understanding of cost structures, cash flow impact and basic accounting logic
• Ability to translate contracts into financial implications
• Strong structured and detail-oriented mindset
• Experience working with data, systems or contract management tools (e.g. Agiloft)
• Ability to bring structure into complex and fragmented environments
• Stakeholder Management (e.g. Finance, Operations, Global Legal, external partners)
• Ability to drive topics and ensure follow-up
• Hands-on, ownership-driven, solution-oriented, high attention to detail
• Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
