Purpose of the Role
Support the execution of the commercial strategy across countries by assisting in commercial planning, assortment management, promotions, pricing, vendor coordination and market analysis. The role acts as a key support to central and local teams to ensure alignment with global strategy and operational excellence
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and execution of country Commercial Plans.
- Ensure implementation of novelties and manage assortment performance, extensions and delistings in line with global strategy.
- Analyze monthly assortment performance (sales and margin) by vendor, brand and SKU (80/20 focus).
- Manage promotional mechanics in the A&P tool, including forecasting, Terms & Conditions, and performance reporting to Global and senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate pricing policy information, validations and tracking of PAX profiles.
- Ensure accurate entry and tracking of local A&P income in the A&P tool.
- Support market and product trend research in collaboration with the central team.
- Provide support on vendor management and store layout allocation in line with global Store Design guidelines.
- Monitor POs, supply timelines and inventory in coordination with the Supply Chain platform.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Entry-level position; previous experience in Travel Retail will be considered an asset.
- Strong analytical and financial problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to develop hypotheses, conduct diagnostics and derive well-supported conclusions.
- Proven ability to build, evaluate and enhance financial models.
- Solid expertise in data extraction and interpretation across multiple systems and regions.
- High level of autonomy, reliability and accountability, with the ability to work independently in a structured environment.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
