Mandatory Criteria:

• Proven experience managing a significant establishment in system catering, hospitality, or retail.
• Degree in hotel or restaurant management, or equivalent background with successful experience over the past 5 years.
• Holder of the cafetier-restaurateur diploma (Canton of Vaud).
• Fluent in French, with English at a minimum C1 level; knowledge of German is a plus.

Your missions at Autogrill (part of Avolta) – Operational Management of the Establishment:

• Lead the establishment by ensuring economic performance (turnover, control of material and personnel costs).
• Continuously optimize sales and visual merchandising while respecting Autogrill’s concepts and standards.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene standards, food safety (HACCP), and workplace safety.
• Monitor stock, manage orders, control costs, and analyze results.
• Guarantee profitability and efficient management of the entrusted points of sale.
• Manage teams: supervise, train, and support employees daily, showing empathy and attentiveness.
• Identify talents and promote their professional development.
• Manage team scheduling.
• Motivate, unify, and ensure effective communication within teams and with company support services.
• Ensure compliance with labor law and the collective bargaining agreement of the catering sector (CCNT).

Critères impératifs:

• Expérience confirmée en tant que gérant d’un établissement important dans la restauration de système,  l’hôtellerie ou le retail.
• Diplôme en management hôtelier ou en restauration, ou parcours équivalent avec une /des  expériences réussies durant les 5 dernières années.
• Détenteur- trice du diplôme des cafetiers-restaurateurs (Canton de Genève)
•  français courant, anglais  niveau C1 minimum, allemand serait un plus.

Ta mission chez Autogrill (part of Avolta), Gestion opérationnelle de l’établissement:

• Piloter l’établissement en assurant la performance économique (chiffre d’affaire, maîtrise des coûts matières et de personnel)
• Optimiser en continu les ventes et le visuel merchandising, en respectant les concepts et standards d’Autogrill
• Veiller au respect des normes d’hygiène,  sécurité alimentaire (HACCP), et sécurité au travail
• Suivi des stocks, des commandes, contrôle des coûts et analyse des résultats
• Garantir la rentabilité et la bonne gestion des points de vente confiés
• Management des équipes : encadrer, former et accompagner les collaborateurs au quotidien, faire preuve d’empathie et toujours être à l’écoute.
• Détecter les talents et favoriser leur développement professionnel
• Gérer la planification des équipes
• Motiver, fédérer, être le garant d’une bonne communication au sein des équipes et des services support de l’entreprise.
•  Garantir le respect  des règles du droit du travail et de la convention collective du secteur restauration (CCNT)

•  Leadership naturel, tu as le sens aigu des responsabilités, tu te distingues par ton charisme et par tes prises de décisions
• Tu es le garant de l’image et des standards de l’enseigne, en tant qu’hôte charismatique ta priorité reste la satisfaction de tes clients
• Tu as le sens du service, esprit d’équipe et d’excellentes capacités de communication
• Tu es proactif- ve, organisé- e, orienté- e résultats, toujours prêts à relever de nouveaux challenges
• à l’aise avec les chiffres, les outils numériques et les indicateurs de performance (KPI)
• Idéalement implanté- e dans la région, avec une bonne connaissance et un attrait pour les spécialités et labels locaux
